2. If the ready mix concrete plant needs to dismantle part of the installation device during the overhaul, these components must be re-installed after the overhaul.
3. The electrical part of ready mixed concrete mixing plant must be repaired regularly. If damaged, such as loosening or burning, it must be repaired immediately.
4. When welding the fuselage of ready mix plant , if it is wet, leakage should be prevented.
5. Concrete mixer should not shut down the mixer in the process of concrete plant. If an accident occurs in the process of mixing, the unloading door should be opened to unload concrete to prevent concrete from solidifying.
