How long does the mixing host of concrete batch plant need to be cleaned? The main machine of concrete batching plant should be cleaned at least once in a working cycle. At the end of each day’s production, the main engine of the concrete mixing station should be thoroughly cleaned.
The main cleaning method of belt type concrete batching plant is: during the cleaning process, water and a few stones are put into the main mixing machine and stirred for 5-10 minutes. After cleaning, all the materials in the machine are removed, no water or accumulated materials are allowed; after shutdown, the pipeline is flushed to remove the dust and adhered concrete inside and outside the mixing tank. Generally, the JS1000 concrete mixer machine can add about 150-180 kg of water, other models of the main engine can be increased or decreased accordingly, and can also be cleaned up by self-provided high-pressure water gun.
When flushing the material gate of the cement mixer, the phenomenon of foreign body sticking gate should be avoided when the material under the upper flushing is formed. In the mixing process, if the concrete mixer truck is not in place for a long time (more than 20-30 minutes, especially in summer), water should be added to clean the concrete mixer simply.
In addition, during the normal production of concrete mixing plant equipment, the concrete solidification in the mixing drum and on the mixing shaft should be checked regularly. If there is any solidification, the concrete should be removed manually according to the requirements in time. Before manual cleaning of mixing drum, the power supply and gas path must be cut off, the residual gas should be released and the control room should be locked. When manual cleaning of mixing drum, it is strictly forbidden to hit the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blade violently.
