The management and control links of concrete plant include raw materials, mix proportion design and control, production, transportation and concrete pumping process control, delivery inspection and spot check, etc.
1. Mix proportion design and control. The scientific mix design of concrete is the embodiment of the technical strength of concrete production. The mix ratio is determined by the construction unit according to the strength requirement and the strength and particle size of local raw materials and submitted to the design department and owner for approval before it can be implemented.
The technical operators of the ready mixed concrete batching plant strictly follow the mix proportion, and the design of mix proportion takes into account the difficulty of the construction site. The concrete production should carefully study the mix proportion design according to the problems reflected by the construction units on the site, and find out the rules through experiments, so as to make the mix ratio more scientific and reasonable and ensure the construction more smoothly.
2. Control of production and transportation process. The technical operators of ready mix plant input the construction mix proportion into the mixing operation control computer. Each mix proportion is tested for the first mix. The slump of concrete mixture is measured, its cohesion and water retention are observed, and its workability is evaluated. If not, the mix proportion is adjusted until it is approved by the operators and technicians after signature.
3. Delivery inspection. After concrete is delivered to the construction site, besides the varieties, grades and quantities confirmed by the invoice, delivery inspection shall be carried out according to the regulations. In order to adapt to the change of conditions, slump and retarding time of mixtures should be controlled. Measures such as adding retarder and adding water reducer twice should be taken according to the conditions. Secondary addition of water reducer must determine the range of addition to ensure the uniform addition of additives.
4. Improving the quality of employees and improving the filing of technical data in an all-round way. It is very important to improve the comprehensive quality of training concrete mixing station staff and on-site construction team. Concrete is a continuous and uninterrupted semi-finished product. It is formed by many links, and every link is important. To complete the production of semi-finished products, it takes 7 days and 28 days to maintain them and test their strength to be qualified to form final products. Therefore, the post training of employees and concrete production, transportation process and quality must be the focus of concrete production.
