Several useful measures to avoid air pollution in concrete plant work are as follows:
1. Control of eliminating pollution sources
(1) Dust control. The ready mix concrete batching plant adopts the dust collector matched with it to automatically complete the dust collection, and automatically enters the production system to measure and use the collected dust, so as to reduce the secondary pollution of dust; spraying device is arranged in the sand and gravel yard to reduce the dust raised by the running sand and gravel.
(2) Wastewater treatment. Wet concrete batching plant is equipped with sand and stone separator and slurry water recovery system. Wastewater and waste residue produced in the operation of concrete mixing station are separated by sand and stone separator. Sand and stone are reused in the sand and stone yard. Wastewater is re-entered into the production water system through waste slurry water to realize zero discharge of wastewater and waste residue.
(3) Noise control concrete mixing station adopts uniform sand and stone blanking system to reduce motor power and noise; the whole concrete batching plant adopts low noise motor system to reduce the impact of noise on the environment, and vibration equipment is connected with other equipment with cushions to reduce vibration noise.
2. Cut off the route of transmission
The effective way to cut off the transmission of pollution is to encapsulate the complete concrete batching plant. The encapsulation can effectively isolate the source of pollution from the surrounding environment and control the pollutants in a limited space, thus reducing the impact on the environment.
