Types of ready mix concrete machine include stationary concrete batching plant, mobile batching plant, self-falling concrete mixer and compulsive concrete mixer.
Stationary concrete batching plant
A stationary ready mix plant is actually set of equipment containing not only concrete machines but also weighing and conveying machines. This makes the whole ready mix concrete production work as automatic as possible. There are semi-automatic and full-automatic control types to be chosen from, up to your budget and practical needs. Models include hzs25, hzs35, hzs50, hzs60, hzs75, hzs90, hzs120, hzs180, ajy25, ajy35, ajy50 etc.
Mobile concrete batching plant
This is also a set of equipment whose components are similar to that of fixed plants, the only difference lies in mobility, in which mobile plants are stronger. Accordingly the design of a mobile plant is based on principles of convenience in transfer and installation. As a result, it’s compact and expensive (with an extra trailer). The capacity of a mobile plant ranges between 25m3 to 75m3 per hour.
Self-falling concrete mixer
The working mechanism of the self-falling concrete mixer is a cylinder, and a number of mixing blades are installed along the circumference of the inner wall of the cylinder. When working, the cylinder can rotate around its own axis (horizontal or inclined), and the blades are used to divide, lift and scatter materials. And impact, so that the mutual position of the mixture is continuously redistributed and mixed. Models include JZM and JZC series, with capacities from 250L to 750L.
Forced concrete mixer
The mixing mechanism of the forced concrete mixer is composed of a mixing shaft horizontally arranged in the mixing drum, and mixing blades are installed on the shaft. When working, the rotating shaft drives the blades to shear, squeeze and flip the materials in the drum to perform forced mixing. Make the materials get uniform mixing in the violent relative movement. Models include JS and JDC series, with capacities from 350L to 4000L.
